Shipping Policy

We do everything humanly possible to have our item shipped by the next business day, however, sometimes things get tied up. Please realize we are human just like everyone else. Depending on the destination and order quantity we may use a different shipping method or service. Please note that regardless of shipping method your package will arrive on or before the expected delivery date. If you purchase multiple items we will combine the items and refund you the savings. If you want to make sure we do not miss your multiple purchases, feel free to give us a heads up but we usually catch it without notification.

If you live in a place where crime can be a problem and there is a chance that an item could be stolen at the delivery destination, please request to require a signature upon arrival. We use tracking services through all delivery services to confirm that all packages have been delivered. We do not take responsibility for stolen items. Requiring a signature is a great way to ensure that your package is delivered into your hands. Please note: fees will be assessed on all items purchased under $29.99 if signature is requested (usually $3 to $4).

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Our default shipping is USPS ground. If you are shipping to an address, the Post Office must have the NAME that you are using tied to that address or it will be returned to us.  In the event that we have a package returned you will have the option of 1) we will re-ship the item to you at the cost of the return shipping plus the new shipping charge, or 2) we will refund you for the item less the original shipping cost, the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

 Items that are "Sold As Is" are sold as items with defects or items that we do not have the ability or expertise to test. You are purchasing these items fully knowing that that the sale is final. These items cannot be returned as a defective item because we have stated that you are purchasing them as a defective item. In extreme cases, we are willing to make a partial refund, if the defects are far more severe that were known at listing, mainly as courtesy, because we want our customers to be happy. Just send us a message and we will talk about it.

 Almost every one of our items are "Or Best Offer", this means that we are willing to accept lower prices for many of the items that we offer. It should be noted that we automatically accept bids that meet our criteria. That being said any messages included in the bid that states that you are looking for free shipping will not be honored and we will not cancel those orders. In order to cancel these orders it must go through an unpaid item claim. If you want to pay a specific price including shipping subtract the shipping from the price you want to pay and if it is an acceptable price your bid will be accepted if it is not it will not be accepted.
